Grass Cutting

  • Our grass cutting with Ride on Mowers which are fitted with a mulch kit that essentially chops and re-chops the grass blade cuttings into ever-finer particles that can barely be seen before returning them to the ground to act as a natural fertiliser that stays clean and trimmed in appearance while still reaping the nourishing benefits of mulching. We can carry out grass cuts on sites range in size from a small to large sites.

  • We use professional self propelled Lawn mowers which are ideal for giving a high quality finish. Roller Lawn Mowers are one of the types we use, which leaves stripes in your lawn. All grass cuttings are collected which is then disposed off at a recycling centre.

  • Strimming along kerb edges, borders, obstacles and any other areas that are difficult, challenging or simply impossible to cut with a mower. It maybe that strimming is the only way to cut the grass on a site, this is either because of accessibility or for safety for example if the ground is uneven, no access for a mower or if it is a banking.

Bush, Shrub and Hedge Cutting

We undertake hedge cutting and maintenance work for a wide range of commercial and residential sites. We normally carry out one or two bush cuts in the summer and a winter cut in the winter between October and the beginning of December. Some clients prefer only one bush cut a year in the winter months instead or some clients prefer more cuts through the year. We tailor the amount of cuts to each clients wishes we carry out bush, shrub and hedge cutting as part of our grounds maintenance service to to keep your site looking at its best. All cutting are tidied up and they are disposed off at a recycling centre.

Litter Picking

Litter remains a major problem across the United Kingdom, one-off litter picks or regular scheduled litter picks can improve your sites appearance and help give the best impression to all visitors to your site. General poor hygiene can increase the number of vermin on your site as direct result of the litter. We are registered as a waste carrier with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.

Weed Spraying

Weed Control of borders, paths and hardstandings. Our weed control service all our operators that carry out this work are qualified in the safe use of pesticides at PA1 and PA6 levels. We use only approved chemicals which are safe for the public, the environment and animals. We tailor this service to each clients wishes.

Weeding and Border Maintenance

As a standard service we turn the soil by hoeing and raking it, where required and cutting shrubs when scheduled. We tailor this service to each clients wishes. All cutting are tidied up and they are disposed off at a recycling centre.

Tree Pruning and Maintenance

We can carry out pruning when required by removing all dead, diseased, or injured branches this will keep the tree healthy. Cutting back branches growing towards a building will help stop overgrown branches from touching or overhanging the building. By cutting the tree branches that are touching or overhanging will reduce leafs falling on the roof of the building and in to the gutters. By pruning this will improve health and safety on your site.

We can carry out general tidy of your site this can involve tidying up litter/rubbish, weed spraying, cutting overgrown grass, bushes, weeds, trees, tidying up and removing all cuttings from your site.
